What are the things you should do to avoid spreading serious diseases? Read the following:
- Make hand washing a regular and mandatory practice: Every individual should make sure that he or she washes hands with soap before and after eating. This will help you prevent diseases by a large margin.
- Always eat washed and uncut fruits: It is often seen that people tend to eat cut fruits that are kept in the open. Always avoid eating these items as they attract the maximum number of diseases.
- Avoid stale food: Always keep a track on the food you are eating when outside. In local markets, often hawkers tend to sell street food that may not be fresh. Stale food opens gates to diseases, so be careful.
- Check packaging of edible items — The food items that come packed in nature should be checked thoroughly before consumption. Avoid expired food products, or items that have tampered packaging.
